What is Lagree?
The Lagree Fitness Method is a high-intensity, low-impact workout designed to strengthen, tighten, tone, and lengthen muscles safely and effectively without stressing the joints. This method delivers intense muscle activation while remaining gentle on the body, making it a safe yet powerful way to build strength and endurance.
Lagree classes challenge you with slow, controlled movements that target slow-twitch muscle fibers, leading to deep muscle engagement and long, lean muscle definition. Exercises like planks, push-ups, squats, lunges, and crunches are performed on a state-of-the-art Megaformer, a machine designed to provide constant resistance and stability for an efficient, full-body workout.

Please arrive 10 minutes early. Our certified instructors will give you a personal orientation of the Megaformer machine to ensure you feel confident and safe throughout your first session.

This introductory offer is exclusively for new members. It provides 30 days of unlimited access to our West Nashville studio so you can experience real results and build a consistent routine.

Lagree is high-intensity but low-impact and gentle on joints. Our boutique-size classes allow instructors to provide personalized modifications, making it perfect for all fitness levels.

Unlike Pilates, Lagree uses the Megaformer for constant tension and slow-twitch muscle engagement. This leads to faster muscle fatigue, higher calorie burn, and more efficient toning.

Wear comfortable athletic clothes and bring a water bottle. For safety and hygiene, grip socks are required on the Megaformer and are available for purchase at the studio.

For the best transformation, we recommend attending 3 to 4 classes per week. This frequency allows your body to build strength and endurance while seeing visible changes within your first 30 days.
