You should wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely, similar to what you would wear for yoga or the gym. For your safety and to keep the equipment clean, grip socks are required to be worn on the Megaformer™ at all times to prevent slipping. Also, please bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated during your 50-minute session.

If it is your first time at Studio Novo, please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the class starts. This extra time is very important because our instructors need to show you how the Megaformer™ works and explain the movements so you can have a safe and successful first workout.

Yes, absolutely! The Lagree method is made for everyone, regardless of their fitness level. Our instructors are trained to provide modifications for every exercise, meaning you can make the movements easier or harder depending on how you feel that day.

Because the workout is very intense and works your deep muscle fibers, your body needs time to recover. We usually recommend coming 2 to 3 times per week. This balance allows you to build strength and see changes in your body composition quickly without overtraining.
