No-Show / Late Cancellation Policy

  • Please cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled class.

  • A $15 fee will apply for late cancellations (less than 12 hours’ notice).

  • A $20 fee will apply for no-shows (missed class without notice).

We totally understand that life happens! If something unexpected comes up and you're unable to make it to class, just shoot us an email — we’ll always do our best to work with you.

WAITLIST POLICY

  • When a class is full, you can join the waitlist. Each class has 4 waitlist spots available.

  • If a spot opens up, clients are added to the class in the order they joined the waitlist, and will be added up to 30 minutes prior to the class.

  • You’ll receive an email and text notification if you’re added to the class. Please make sure your communication preferences are enabled in your account settings.

  • If you’re on the waitlist and can no longer attend, please remove yourself to allow someone else the opportunity to join.

  • If you’re added from the waitlist and do not attend, you will be subject to our no-show and late cancellation policy, and the associated fee will apply.

Unlimited Plan Policy

Our Unlimited Contracts are designed to offer the best value for your commitment. Here's how they work:

  • Auto-Renewal: Unlimited Contracts automatically renew at the end of each term. No action is needed if you wish to continue.

  • Cancellation Notice: To cancel your Unlimited Contract, we require 30 days’ notice and you must submit a cancellation request through Walla 

  • Early Cancellation: If you choose to cancel before the full contract term is complete, there is a $100 early cancellation fee.

  • Hold Option: You may place your contract on hold for up to one month for a $50 fee.

  • Why the Policy Exists: Our Unlimited Contracts are priced lower than month-to-month unlimited options. This policy helps us maintain that discounted rate.
