What do I need to bring to class?

Bring your grip socks (they’re required on the machine!) and water to stay hydrated. We’ll take care of the rest! If you don’t have any grip socks, don’t worry, we sell some on site!

How early should I arrive if it’s my first class?

New clients should arrive 10 minutes before class. This ensures we can get you set up on the machine properly and go over any injuries or anything else we need to be mindful of.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel up to 12 hours before class begins without incurring a late cancellation fee. Note, if you late cancel within the 12 hour window, you will be charged $15 dollars. If you are a no-show, you will be charged $20.

Note, that if you are a class pack, or limited membership holder, you will also lose the class credit used to book.

What is your waitlist policy?

Those on the waitlist can be added up to 30 minutes before class. If you are on the waitlist and can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the list. If you do not, and you are added into the class, you will be marked as a late cancel or no-show.

What if I’m running late?

Please call ahead so that we know you’ll be a few minutes behind schedule. We will hold your spot for up to 3 minutes, but if there is a waitlist, your spot will be forfeited after that time.

At our East location, our doors close and lock 5 minutes after class begins, if you do not arrive in time you will be marked as a no show and our policies will stand. This is for the safety of our clients and instructors as our East location is located on the ground floor.

Where are you located and is there parking?

We have two locations:

Novo East: Located at 815 Main Street has free street parking on Neill Ave, Main St., Ramsey St. and first-come parking in the covered garage underneath the building. Note, we have airbnb apartments above us so garage parking gets a bit tricky Thursday-Sunday!

Novo West: Located at 99 White Bridge Road Suite 202 (we’re on the second floor!) has free parking in the front of our building.

How do memberships work?
For those on our founding rates, unlimited, and limited recurring plans, your plan will auto-renew monthly, unless paused or cancelled. If you purchase class packs, they are valid one year from purchase and do not auto-renew.

Am I able to pause or cancel my membership?
Yes. Please shoot an email to info@novonashville.com to cancel your membership, or submit a cancellation request through your account. We are happy to pause your membership due to injury or pregnancy. However, if you hold a founding membership, you may forfeit your rate.

Is there an app I can download to book classes on?

Yes! In the app store, search for the “Walla” app and download it. From there, log into your account with the email and password you used when purchasing your membership or class credits and your information will be right there!

How often should I attend class?

We recommend taking classes 3-4 times a week to see the best results.

Do you host Lagree trainings?

Yes! We hold Lagree fitness training with a master trainer 2x per year. Make sure you make an account with us and sign up for our emails so you can stay up to date on when the next training will take place.

Can I bring a guest with me to class?

Yes! We are proud to offer guest passes with our founding memberships and auto-renew memberships. If you are not a membership holder, you can sign up and pay for your guest after you book your class. If you run into any issues, feel free to email info@novonashville.com and we can help get everything set up on the backend.

Do you sell water on site?

Yes, at both studios we sell water and a few other drink options!
